Today I’ve went with a colour shot of a dying gerbera daisy. I love the textures and colours in this picture. I have a couple of black and white shots of this flower but went for the colour version as I really like the natural gradient from green to yellow then orange and finally that beautiful magenta, almost red colour.
I think this image could be sharper. I’m still getting the hang of producing single sharp macro images from multiple focus shots so it’s a work in progress… What do you think? Any tips for focus stacking macro photographs?
Still, I like this pic anyway. I’m trying not to be too perfectionist with this blog and just have fun with it. I had a lot of stress recently trying to monetise my photography, which I’ll maybe talk about at some point. It’s nice to get back to taking pictures for fun and just being creative with it.
