Hey everyone, hope you’re good?

The weather has been a bit better recently so I’ve been out exploring the local countryside. I only moved here around a year ago so there’s still lots to see! I followed a woodland path along the local river until I got to a point where there was no path and (almost) no signs of human presence at all. It was beautiful, and this image doesn’t really begin to capture it but you get an idea at least.

A deer went past just before I took this picture. I run into them quite a lot but they almost always see me before I see them so I’ve yet to get a good picture of anything other than their little white tails disappearing into the distance.
