Hi everyone,

I’ve been out foraging these tasty little beauties this week, they are everywhere at the moment. Enough so that when I’m out walking or taking photos of other things I still end up eating a lot of raspberries!

I don’t know if it’s just psychological but the wild ones taste far nicer to me than the ones bought from the shop. They’re sweeter and just amazing. I’ve found enough bushes of them on my wanderings that I’ll be out again to keep some for the freezer. Don’t worry there’s plenty to go round and I always make sure to leave lots for the animals and other foragers – this is the way! No need to be greedy with nature, it’s there for everyone.
