Hey folks,

I’ve been trying to get a good shot of one of these stunning butterflies since they started appearing a few weeks ago. They are truly stunning – I keep looking at the image and thinking it isn’t real, the patterns on it’s wings look they were painted on! They’re all over the place where I live right now, and are quite tolerant of nosy photographers to be honest! Not like some of the other butterflies which hardly seem to stay still, these little critters will quite often sit quite happily while I get ever closer with the camera.
