Hey folks,

I was lucky enough to come across a group of these lovely little butterflies hanging about on a bush of knapweed. I was even able to visit a few times over a couple of days and ended up with some decent shots.

Apart from the beautiful patterns I must say I find butterfly’s quite goofy up close. Some insects look pretty terrifying when you get a close look at them but butterfly’s just have this kind of goofy looking head and face (if that’s the right term). Maybe I’m just a little weird 😂
