Hey folks,

I’ve been very busy writing and foraging but also managed a little holiday along the coast to a little holiday village called Southerness, which has this unique old lighthouse on it’s shore. It’s been a while since I got the chance to do some landscape photography and it was a nice change.

We were staying in the most amazing Air BnB I’ve ever been to, on an old farm surrounded by beaches to one side and hills on the other. The owners even keep horses and ponies on site, as well as some bantam chickens – which are absolutely adorable. It was a very nice relaxing time with my partner in the quiet countryside (much quieter than my noisy corner of the countryside!). We almost didn’t want to come home.
