Hey folks,
Is it cold where you are? It is CHILLY here in Scotland – even by our standard of winter temperatures. Most days it hasn’t made it above -1C (about 30F) and at night it’s been around -6C, which is about 5-8 degrees colder than usual. After having a much warmer summer than usual this year as well, it’s starting to seem like climate change is hitting us hard, or maybe it’s just a fluke? Here’s hoping…
Anyway, at least with the cold weather we’ve had a lot of sun and therefore some beautiful, if icy, sunsets. I managed to capture this shot of the local river as it started to ice up (and before it got too cold to be outside). The sun sets so early at this time of year as well – this shot was taken about 3.40pm in the afternoon!
Thanks for visiting,
Kaylin x
