I took this on a recent family camping trip to Croy Shore in Ayrshire, West Coast of Scotland. There is a beautiful view of the Isles of Arran and Ailsa Craig to my left, but the (kind of ) symmetry and the converging lines of the clouds, cliff, and the water lying on the beach caught my eye…

This is me doing my best Ansel Adams impression! Obviously, I’ve got nothing on Adams, but I always loved his black and white landscapes and find myself trying to emulate his work, whether I intend to or not.
