This is a photo from a recent trip to see a friend in the Peak District – I couldn’t help but take a small detour on the way down from Scotland to climb a wee hill and get my first photos of Lake Windermere in the Cumbrian Lake District. And what a sunset I was treated to!

This is lovely. A sunset by the lake is one of those things I need to see more often. Unfortunately, there aren’t many lakes near home. Nice picture! ✨
